We have made lot of chages. Our focus has changed from west to East after the collospe of US model of management.

The way US managers and executives conduct themselves is not good neither for the Americans and for the world. Their financial system is in tanter. 8 banks were closed. 14 banks stoped functioning. Still the mangers and executives declare them selves 40 billions as bonuses. I dont know whose money they are declaring bonuses. It is for what and what purposes. Is it for their perforance ??.

Attitude is the attribute that made this Americans strong. But this type of attitude will break them. This Americans managers think recession and bad time is only for the bottom level employees. America is loosing 800 jobs per hour. Then thousand of employees laid off, the American CEO sitting of the ivory tower and trying to buy a corporate jet from the tax payers money. I know when this type of CEOs will realise. we have to hit this people very hard, when they are sitting inside the executive A/C chamber. Cut their salaries and perks directly. Then they will realise......Oh.......it is recession time.

As a cross-cultural management company we want to unfold the Indian culture. Some of them may be hard to believe. This video is one such case. It is original true video shot recently with a hidden camera. This video may send a shock in your shine. This place no body dare to go. It is an extreme case but it exists. In the past also we were taking about this, but no proof. The Indian policy makers and the executive suit room people deny this. As far as they are concerned, every thing is fine here, every thing is under control. I have already written about this Indian attitude in my blog.

 

This people are called ‘Sadhus’ (means harmless people) and they are in Kasi, Varanashi, Mathura and on the Holy places in the State of Uttar Pradesh on the banks of River Ganges.
